Swim Coordinators
Weekly Swims
Swims occur regularly at swimming pools around the Salem and Corvallis areas. Contact the Swim Coordinator to find out when club members are meeting for group swims.
Open Water Swims
• Held at the Silver Creek outside of Silverton
• Each Monday and Friday night during the summer months at 6:00pm
• Due to insurance restrictions, these swim sessions are open to club members only. For more information contact the Swim Coordinator.

Based off your best 500 yard time, find your pace efforts on the PACE CHART to use for weekly swim workouts posted to the yahoo users WVTC chat page.
